Do not let Halloween derail your success!
Halloween can be a tricky time with all the candy and celebrations. Planning ahead is key.
If having candy in the house is tempting, try handing out non-candy treats such as stickers, glow sticks, bracelets, or bounce balls.
Track your protein and fluid intake to ensure you are getting all you need and are not feeling hungry. Have a sugar free treat ready. This recipe tastes like a Snickers!
- 1 chocolate protein shake
- 2 Tbls peanut butter powder
- 2 Tbls sugar free butterscotch pudding powder
- Ice
Blend and enjoy!

Lastly, if you have little ghosts and goblins trick or treating, what a great way to get in exercise! Offer to walk from house to house with them. Do not forget to count that spooky workout!
